Job summary

AAON and BASX are seeking entry-level Assemblers to support production operations on a fast-paced assembly line. You will rotate between positions such as assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping to gain multiple trade skills and start a manufacturing career.

The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with safety gear provided. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), and an HSA with a 175% employer match.

Qualifications

Position Overview

We are currently hiring Entry-Level Assemblers to support our production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to start their career in manufacturing and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment. Work on our fast-paced assembly line rotating between positions like assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping. Learn multiple trade skills and develop your career in manufacturing!

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Position requires bending, stooping, crouching, and climbing.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Climb ladders and work from ladder Work supported by harness and fall protection at heights up to 30 feet.

Work Environment

• Fast paced production environment Overtime may be required.
• Eye protection and safety toe shoes are required; hearing protection is sometimes required.

Growth opportunity

• Capable of working in large and small teams in a construction and manufacturing environment
• Power Tools and working with Caulking Cleaning Unit before being wrapped.
