Job summary

Nelson Miller Group is seeking an Assembler I for the 3rd shift in Mt. Laurel, NJ. You will follow safety policies, perform assembly tasks, inspect finished goods, and maintain a clean workspace.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong time management, and the ability to work with both automatic and manual equipment. Overtime may be required, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Language skills: ability to write and understand routine reports and instructions.
• Mathematics: use ratios, percentages, and perform multi-step calculations, basic statistics experience.
• Reasoning: solve practical problems with multiple variables and interpret various instructions.
• Other skills: strong time management and ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• GED/HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures and shift-specific instructions.
• Assist with assembly tasks using automatic and manual equipment.
• Inspect products and communicate issues to QC if needed.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and report scrap.
• Assist with training of other personnel as needed.
