Job summary

Stryker is hiring an Assembler I for the Salt Lake City facility on 2nd shift. You will prepare, assemble, test, and inspect electrical and mechanical components across multiple product lines, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include following work instructions, documenting work, and meeting cycle times. This onsite role requires the ability to handle set-ups, clean-up, and ongoing quality checks with occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required or preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process electrical and mechanical components for product lines.
• Follow work instructions and test procedures, recording related documentation to meet quality requirements.
• Meet production build rates, schedules and required cycle times.
• Interface with manufacturing systems and prepare products for shipment per specs.
• Set up, prep work, clean-up, and quality assurance for own work and area.
