Job summary

Stryker in Portage, MI is seeking a dedicated assembler to build mechanical, electrical, and electronic components into subassemblies and finished products. You will follow documented work instructions, inspect parts for quality, and calibrate assemblies to meet tolerances while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities include meeting daily production targets, documenting manufacturing records, and supporting continuous improvements.

• Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet established tolerances and operating requirements.
• Repair or rework products that do not meet quality requirements and perform corrective assembly activities as directed.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements.
• Accurately document production activities and complete required manufacturing records.
• Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines to maintain a safe manufacturing environment.
