Job summary

Smeal SFA is seeking an Assembler I to join our production team in Snyder, NE. You will install and mount interior/exterior components, assemble units at stations, and follow blueprints and specifications to meet safety and quality standards.

Strong teamwork and ability to use tape measures and common power tools are essential. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, with a commitment to accurate, consistent assembly work.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure to precise measurements.
• Ability to use common hand tools and power tools such as drills, screw guns, and caulk guns.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions.

A day in the life of an Assembler at REV:

Installing and mounting nonelectrical and electrical interior/exterior components and hardware

Required education, skills, and experience to be successful:

Preferred 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to communicate professionally and follow directions
