Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Position: Assembler 1

The primary responsibility of this entry-level position is to assemble products according to work instructions. Training and support will be provided to ensure successful assembly of products.

This role follows a 9/80 schedule, offering every other Friday off. Employees will work 36 hours one week and 44 hours the next.

Core Responsibilities

1. Read and verify work instructions match the assignment; learn new instructions as required.
2. Collect materials from bins and set up workstations accordingly.
3. Assemble parts and inspect own work as instructed.
4. Complete required training promptly.
5. Assist other manufacturing staff and support other projects as directed by management.
6. Perform equipment maintenance and calibration as specified in work instructions.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three months of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow device/work instructions and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Close vision, color vision, and depth perception capabilities.
• Ability to succeed in a highly regulated, compliance-oriented environment while maintaining service excellence.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, with proficiency in handling units of American measurements.
• Ability to perform tasks based on detailed written or oral instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• IPC soldering certification is preferred; soldering skills are required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
