Job summary

Lennox AES in Reno, NV is seeking an Assembler (I) to prepare components and assemble parts for finished Lennox products. The role involves following detailed drawings, painting and insulating components, and using hand and power tools.

The position is hourly and non-exempt, with paid overtime beyond 40 hours per week as required by state law. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and basic tool knowledge is preferred. Training will cover machinery operations such as a waterjet.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, diagrams, or assembly instructions.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to learn basic machinery operations such as a waterjet.
  • Able to paint and work with insulation.

Compensation

Hourly non‑exempt role with a starting pay range of $20.00 per hour. Overtime is paid for hours worked beyond 40 hours in a week as required by state law.
