Agiliti Health, Inc. is seeking an Assembler I for our Ellis, Kansas location. The role focuses on assembling, disassembling, and repairing blower and electrical components, while diagnosing issues and ensuring production runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate can read gauges, follow SOPs, and work independently within ISO and FDA regulations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with responsibilities including documentation and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must use critical thinking to make independent decisions.
• Ability to read a pressure gauge and a thermos-anemometer.
• Experience working with ISO and FDA regulations.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Inventory management to prevent production slowdowns and/or stoppages.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the assembly, disassembly and repair of blower and electrical components by operating machinery and tools.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
• Complete daily production documentation and work order forms for parts needed to keep production running.
• Read, listen to, and implement directions from SOPs and other procedures.
• Ensure equipment and inventory levels support production efficiency and compliance with ISO/FDA guidelines.

POSITION SUMMARY

Maintains the assembly, disassembly and repair of blowers and electrical components; Completes diagnostics and troubleshooting; Completes work order forms for parts needed to keep production running; Contributes to the team effort.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintains the assembly, disassembly and repair of blower and electrical components by operating machinery; using an air compressor, riveter, multiple types of crimpers for wires, solder gun/iron, hand tools, tape measure or ruler, and wire stripping machine; operating within standard operating procedures (SOPs); making adjustments as necessary to produce product within specifications; performing equipment changes as necessary; completing daily production documentation, Completes diagnostics and troubleshooting on by analyzing equipment operational issues. Ensures the efficiency and quality of assembly by maintaining equipment and inventory levels; adhering to ISO and FDA regulations; completing work order forms for parts needed to keep production running by reading, listening, interpreting, and implementing both oral and written directions from a variety of sources.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must use critical thinking to make independent decisions. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Manage inventory to eliminate production slowdown and/or stoppages. Use quality control methods and physical inspection of in-progress and finished products. Willingness to take direction, accept constructive criticism, and fit into the current work environment. Ability to read a pressure gauge and a thermos-anemometer.
