Novanta Inc. in Irvine, CA seeks an Assembler I to join a hands-on manufacturing team delivering high-precision electronic products.

You will read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints, perform assembly and inspection tasks, and help the team meet production schedules, including overtime when required. Attention to detail and clear communication with colleagues are essential to success in this role.

Formación

• Previous assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble varied electronic products, consistently meeting quality standards.
• Perform in-process and final assembly inspections and report potential defects to shift leader or manager.
• Foster a high-performing team environment through daily communication with supervisor and colleagues in all manufacturing areas.
• Work with manufacturing team to meet production schedules, including overtime as required by production needs.
• Provide regular feedback to management regarding potential product and assembly process improvements.
• Comply with all company policies and programs, to include those regarding ethics, conduct, safety, security, ISO, and continuous improvement.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

As an Assembler I, you will be responsible for assembling products according to specifications. You will also need to ensure that the quality control standards are met. Reading and interpreting assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
Assembling components or sub-assemblies using appropriate tools and following specific guidelines and procedures

Compensation and Benefits

• The base pay for this position is $18.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on the geographic market and experience.
