Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Third Shift (9:30PM – 6:00AM) Assembler I based in Indianapolis, IN. The Assembler I is responsible for performing assembly and packaging tasks required in the manufacturing process.

Compensation and Benefits

HOURLY HIRING RANGE: $16/hr. - $18/hr. plus $.75/hr. shift differential. Mandatory overtime may be required as needed. Pay rate will be determined based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data. This position offers a competitive benefits package. What You Will Do

• Perform basic production and assembly tasks following work instructions
• Operate various assembly machines and hand tools to assemble products
• Inspect parts visually for quality and report issues to supervisors
• Pack finished products according to work instructions, including hardware and instructional sheets
• Cross-train and rotate roles regularly

What We Require

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to interpret instructions in various formats
• Ability to read and understand safety and operational documents
• Basic assembly skills

Physical Demands

The physical demands include manual dexterity, effective communication, and the ability to remain active, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
