Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Assembler I in Findlay Township, PA to join a leading manufacturing company. You will assemble components onto panels and enclosures, wire components, and help modify metal panels while following safety procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic hand and power tool skills, and a willingness to learn. Shifts run 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn new products and assembly processes.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tool usage.
• Basic mechanical aptitude required.
• Preferred: prior manufacturing, assembly, or wiring experience in panel assembly.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to all safety processes and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assembling components onto panels and into enclosures following predefined guidelines and work standards with zero deficiencies.
• Producing and installing wiring onto components while ensuring compliance with established guidelines and work standards.
• Completing minor modifications to metal panels and enclosures, including cutting, drilling, and tapping.
• Maintaining a neat and orderly work area to promote efficiency and safety.
