UFP Auburndale is seeking a Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Auburndale, FL. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with hand and power tools to assemble parts and sub-assemblies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in assembly or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes work area setup.
• Perform assembly operations per procedures and quality standards.
• Utilize hand and power tools to assemble parts and sub-assemblies.
• Stacks completed products and labels/bands components as needed.
• Ensures work area is safe, clean, and organized; equipment safe to operate.
• Completes pre-shift startup equipment inspection checklist and reports issues.
• Maintains production records as required.
• Inspect finished products for defects or irregularities and adjust as needed.
• Collaborates with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Participates in safety, CI, and training programs.
