Job summary

Aerotek is hiring assemblers for on-site roles in Elon, NC and Burlington, NC. The position is contract to hire with a fully onsite setup in Greensboro, NC. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, with opportunities for raises and benefits after eligibility.

The role targets candidates with prior assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience. Core duties include assembling and testing small parts, packaging, and quality inspection, using hand and power tools.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for assembling or building, testing, and packaging small parts.
• Will be performing production duties including packing, cleaning parts, quality inspection, painting, etc.
• Other areas will involve production assembly and production machine operating responsibilities where you will work with your hands and use tools.
• Use hand tools and power tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, power drills, torque tools, and impact tools.
• Blueprint reading experience is a huge plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
