Job summary

LCI is seeking a General Assembler to perform material assembly and operate production machinery on a Monday–Friday schedule. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while contributing to efficient production lines in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities include following procedures, assembling materials, meeting daily goals, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred; basic reading and math skills are required, with 3–6

Qualifications

  • Prior manufacturing and production experience preferred.
  • Basic reading and math skills.
  • Preferred: three to six months related experience and/or training.

  • Follow standardized procedures to operate machinery used in the production process and/or to assemble parts on an assembly line.
  • Perform general manual activities and tasks in an industrial environment.
  • Operate machinery to assist in the production process
  • Assemble materials and equipment as required to perform assigned tasks.
  • Meet daily production goals.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with all safety guidelines, procedures, and regulations.
  • Inspect products to verify conformance to quality standards
  • Complete equipment checks for all equipment prior to the start of production
  • Perform manual dexterity work involving the use of fingers, hands, arms, and legs
  • Inspect, pack and label per customer specifications using safe work practices.
  • Moderate Lifting
  • Prolonged sitting or standing
  • Contribute to a diverse team, working toward a common goal.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

The General Assembler job involves material assembly, equipment operations, decision making, ability to show attention to quality detail work, and the ability to multitask. An employee that is dedicated to safety, quality and meeting the needs of our customer.

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday 7:15am-3:40pm
