Job summary

The Toro Company in Wisconsin is seeking an entry-level assembler on 1st shift to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. Starting wage is $20.53 per hour, with overtime when needed and opportunities for training and growth within the company.

You will safely assemble equipment to precise specifications, use hand and powered tools, and prep parts for powder coat painting. The role requires standing, repetitive motions, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembling equipment to precise specifications.
• Ability to operate hand and powered tools.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Must be able to stand for the full shift and work in a team.

Wage: Starting at $20.53 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm with overtime when needed. Our team is growing, and you can be a part of it. What Will You Do?

• Safely assemble world class equipment to precise specifications
• Fit, position, and fasten components to build machinery using a variety of hand and powered tools, presses, and hoists.

• Select, load and unload parts from containers
• Test, run up and prove out finished product
• Package and ship finished product

Physical requirements

• Repetitive motion with hands and arms
• Standing, crouching, twisting and lifting for entire shift
• Hand eye coordination
