Job summary

The Toro Company in Wisconsin is seeking an assembly technician for first shift, starting at $20.53 per hour. You will safely assemble equipment to exact specifications and prepare parts for powder coat painting.

Daily duties include fitting, positioning and fastening components with hand tools, loading/unloading parts, testing finished products, and packaging for shipment; attendance and safety are critical to the team.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the full shift.
• Stamina for repetitive motions and manual tasks.
• Safety-focused with attention to detail.

Wage: Starting at $20.53 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm with overtime when needed.

What Will You Do?

• Safely assemble world class equipment to precise specifications
• Fit, position, and fasten components to build machinery using a variety of hand and powered tools, presses, and hoists.
• Hang and prep parts for powder coat painting
• Select, load and unload parts from containers
• Test, run up and prove out finished product
• Package and ship finished product

Physical requirements

• Repetitive motion with hands and arms
• Standing, crouching, twisting and lifting for entire shift
• Hand eye coordination

Work Environment

• Work at a fast pace
• Maintain focus and follow work instructions
• Consistent attendance is critical to the team
• Work safely and respectfully with others
