The Assembly Technician / Finisher is responsible for performing final assembly and finishing operations on industrial screening products to ensure they meet quality, performance, and customer specifications. This role conducts detailed inspections, applies finishing assemblies, and verifies product quality prior to release, while following established work instructions, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
The Assembly Technician will be finishing the assembly for Specialty Filters, Screen Products, Vinyl Covers and hail protection products for the HVAC and cooling tower industry. The work is based on order-to-order production designs.
Must be able to accommodate 2nd shift hours: 2:30-11:00pm EST.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to office, warehouse, and plant environments. The work environment will require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain areas.
