Qualifications

• No previous manufacturing experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs (up to 50 lbs as needed).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Commitment to quality and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble large parts and components according to specifications.
• Use hand tools and production equipment as required.
• Inspect finished assemblies for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Package completed products for shipment.
• Prepare, label, and stage boxes for distribution.
• Maintain productivity and quality expectations.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Keep workstation clean and organized for production.
• Complete other related tasks as assigned.
