Job summary

RODI Systems Corp is seeking a skilled assembler to manage inventory, assemble controllers, and collaborate with panel builders on treatment system panels. This full-time role supports our 30-year track record in industrial water treatment and emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork.

You'll work with hand tools, follow specifications, conduct quality checks, and document processes. Overtime may be required to meet production goals; prior assembly experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Three to five years of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multiple instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to lift and move items; overtime may be required.
