Job summary

RODI Systems Corp seeks an experienced assembler to join our team in Aztec, NM. You will assemble controllers and panels for water treatment systems, using hand tools and machinery, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role focuses on following specifications, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with panel builders to optimize production and workflow in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• 3–5 years' experience in assembly or manufacturing required.
• Ability to follow instructions and stay detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment.

About the Role

RODI is a manufacturer of Industrial water treatment systems and controls. We are seeking someone to manage inventory, assemble controllers, and work with panel builders on panels for treatment systems.
