Diakon Logistics, Inc. is looking for an Assembler to join our team in Sandston, VA. You will interpret blueprints, assemble components, and verify parts quantities while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. The role involves teamwork across departments to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Hourly rate ranges from $18 to $22, with bonus potential and a strong benefits package for full-time employees. Schedule is 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, open five days a week.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and interpret engineering plans.
• Identify non-conforming parts and initiate corrections.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools used in assembling.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components following specified plans and blueprints.
• Verify quantities and perform quality checks on finished items.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure shift efficiency.
• Participate in inventory management and related warehouse tasks as needed.
