Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and be able to work overtime as needed. The job requires lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for long periods in a manufacturing setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed by business needs.
• Regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk for long shifts (10–12 hours).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare work by studying job packet, work instruction and kanban board to assemble parts.
• Assemble parts and subassemblies per work instruction and verify fit.
• Inspect parts for correct specifications using visual inspection and test equipment.
• Maintain quality and safety by following procedures and housekeeping.
• Escalate issues to Lead or Supervisor when standard work cannot be met.
