Job summary

Responsibilities include surface prep, applying protective coatings, insulating casings, documenting production steps, and maintaining environmental safety. Willingness to work other shifts and overtime is required; respirator qualification is necessary.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 4 years related experience, or 2 years post-secondary with 0-2 years relevant experience.
• Willingness to work other shifts and overtime as needed to meet production schedules.
• Must be respirator qualified.
• Safety-conscious with attention to environmental/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and parts following formal written procedures and verbal instructions.
• Perform surface preparation, apply protective coating, insulate casings, and operate related equipment.
• Maintain production documentation and manage waste labeling/containment per Environmental regulations.
• Support production demands and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
