Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years of related experience or a 2-year post-secondary/Associate degree with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Safety-focused; must be respirator qualified.
• Willingness to work other shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform surface preparation, apply protective coating, insulate casings, castings and operate pressure chambers.
• Manage production documentation and handle waste containment/labeling.
• Maintain satellite accumulation areas safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with Hazardous Waste Control for waste movement.
• Report chemical spills and follow emergency procedures as required.
