Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs surface preparation, applies protective coating, insulates casings, and operates pressure chambers.
• Manages production documentation and environmental responsibilities, including waste handling and labeling.
• Available to work other shifts and overtime to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain satellite accumulation areas in a safe and orderly manner per environmental regs.
• Ensure hazardous and energetic waste is moved to appropriate areas or treatment units.
• Report chemical spills promptly to Environmental department.
• Follow facility Emergency Procedures/Contingency Plan during incidents.
• Perform other duties to support production demands.
• Maintain high safety consciousness for personnel and equipment.
• Be respirator qualified as required.
