Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Assembler/Assembly Line Worker for an 11-month contract opportunity in La Vergne, TN. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, production, assembly, or packaging experience who enjoy hands-on work in a structured, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, fabricate, and package manufactured products or product components by hand.
• Perform manual and light mechanical assembly tasks using required tools and equipment.
• Rotate through multiple production tasks to support team efficiency and workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout shift.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and production standards at all times.
• Support team goals by communicating effectively and completing assigned duties accurately.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: $16 per hour.
• Job Type: Contract/Temporary, 11-month assignment.
• Location: La Vergne, TN.
• 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
