Role Overview

We are hiring an Assembler/Equipment Operator I in Delaware, Ohio, to ensure components are machined and finished according to detailed drawings and procedures, meeting quality standards. This on-site role offers a starting pay of $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, with a schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and biweekly pay.

Responsibilities

1. Follow production orders, procedures, and supervisor instructions to prepare parts and assemble components.
2. Perform assembly operations using power tools or specialized equipment for pressure vessels and heat exchangers.
3. Prepare parts through grinding, blasting, and cutting metals.
4. Execute assembly in accordance with company procedures, ensuring quality and safety standards.
5. Maintain equipment functionality through preventative maintenance.
6. Propose new methods or equipment to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.
