Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a noisy and dusty setting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble air conditioning units using hand and power tools.
• Follow blueprints and engineering drawings to build subassemblies and final products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Inspect parts for defects and report issues.
• Collaborate with your team to meet production goals.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes.
• Use basic computer tools (Excel, Word) to track production and inventory.
• Be flexible with overtime and shift changes as needed.
