Chandler Industries is seeking an aerospace assembler for first shift. You will interpret BOMs, set up parts, and perform first-pass assemblies, inspecting your own work and collaborating with engineers.
Position requires 2+ years in aerospace assembly, blueprints and math proficiency, and ability to work in a fast-paced, lean manufacturing environment with adherence to safety standards.

Perform complex assembly operations without assistance. Must be able to set‑up and complete first round part. Works with team to inspect the team’s parts. Works with source inspectors and Engineers on projects.
First Shift: Monday through Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors related to the specific position. These may include skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
