Chandler Industries, Inc. is seeking a mechanically inclined assembler to build precision mechanical and electrical assemblies on a full-time basis in Minnesota.
You will use hand and power tools, follow engineering drawings, install hardware, and focus on quality craftsmanship. Ideal candidates enjoy working with tools, have strong mechanical aptitude, and take pride in producing reliable components for aerospace, defense, medical, and other advanced industries.

First shift (Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM)
Second shift (Monday through Thursday 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM) (10% shift differential).

You'll help manufacture components used in aerospace, defense, medical, and other advanced industries.

Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors related to the specific position. These may include skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
