# Assembler 3 - HVM Evergreen - FEDApply**Job#: 3052432****Job Description:**Assembler**Location:** Tualatin, Oregon (Onsite)Role OverviewThis position involves navigating computer-based work instructions to install parts and hardware on wafer fabrication equipment (WFE) within a Lean manufacturing clean-room environment. The role requires using hand tools and fixtures to assemble WFE, reading work instructions, and working in teams to maintain workflow and production schedules. This is a 2-year estimated duration position with a day shift from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM PST.Key Responsibilities* Effectively use hand tools, torque wrenches, equipment, and fixtures to assemble WFE.* Read and navigate work instructions and schematics.* Work in teams to ensure workflow and production schedule is maintained.* Provide flexibility and responsiveness for changing priorities, including rework and pilot projects.* Ensure correct parts are delivered and perform visual inspection of components prior to installation.* Assist with audits through visual inspection and verifying checklists.* Close assigned tasks by verifying work completion and documenting actions.* Adhere to all safety protocols, including using appropriate PPE and following clean room procedures.* Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers regarding production status and issues.Required Qualifications**Experience:*** Ability to work 12-plus hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.* Capable of lifting and installing parts up to 35 pounds manually.* Experience performing tasks that require kneeling, crouching, and squatting frequently.* Proficiency with hand tools such as calipers, circuit testers, wrenches, hoists, screwdrivers, and torque wrenches.* Ability to work at a height of 22 inches from the ground and scale a 10-step ladder.**Technical Skills:*** Able to utilize computer-based data systems and applications.* Able to navigate and use Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).* Ability to navigate diagnostic software on a computer.Preferred Qualifications* Understands principles of continuous improvement.* Demonstrates strong attention to detail.* Flexible and able to adapt easily to change.* Proactive and takes initiative. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
