# Assembler 3 - HVM Evergreen - BEDApply**Job#: 3052445****Job Description:**Assembler**Location:** Tualatin, Oregon (Onsite)Role OverviewThis position requires the navigation of computer-based work instructions to install parts and hardware on wafer fabrication equipment (WFE). The work is performed in a Lean manufacturing clean-room environment. The role involves using hand tools and fixtures to assemble equipment, working in teams, and maintaining workflow to meet production schedules.Key Responsibilities* Effectively use hand tools, torque wrenches, equipment, and fixtures to assemble WFE.* Read and navigate work instructions and schematics.* Work in teams to ensure workflow and production schedules are maintained.* Provide flexibility and responsiveness for changing priorities, including rework and pilot builds.* Ensure correct parts are delivered and perform visual inspection of components prior to installation.* Assist with audits through visual inspection and verifying checklists.* Install parts and hardware correctly by following work instructions.* Complete all required safety training and adhere to personal and product safety guidelines.* Identify and communicate production issues both verbally and in writing.Required Qualifications**Skills and Experience:*** Experience using hand tools such as calipers, circuit testers, wrenches, hoists, ohm meters, screwdrivers, and torque wrenches.* Ability to read and navigate work instructions and schematics.* Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.* Proficiency with computer-based data systems and Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).* Understanding of continuous improvement principles and attention to detail.* Proactive, takes initiative, and adapts easily to change.**Physical Requirements:*** Ability to work 12-plus hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.* Lift and install parts up to 35 pounds manually.* Perform tasks with a working height of 22 inches from the ground.* Kneel, crouch, and squat frequently.* Reach into machines constantly.* Scale a 10-step ladder.* Push/pull assembly dollies using less than approximately 40lb force.* Distinguish between colors for wire identification. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
