Job description

The Assembler will work on production equipment, such as RF Sealer, and assist the production areas with various tasks including sorting, counting, 6S activities, replenishing supplies, organizing stock, hanging blades, and other assignments. May serve as a backup to other positions at the direction of management; other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Operate non-automated equipment such as RF Sealer and perform kitting functions.
2. Follow work instructions and meet area metrics.
3. Maintain a clean work area by disposing of empty boxes and cardboard, and organizing materials.
4. Notify relevant personnel of material shortages.
5. Train others in various areas.
6. Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area.
7. Practice 6S principles.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work well with others.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Personal Protective Equipment Requirements
