Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Assembly Line Workers in York, PA. You will join a fast-paced, evidence-driven environment building and packaging product displays for retail shipment. This hands-on role rewards teamwork, physical activity, and attention to detail in a non-climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly line or packaging environments is beneficial.
• Ability to lift and move objects safely and efficiently.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and tape boxes according to packaging requirements.
• Pack bottles and syringes accurately while maintaining quality standards.
• Place bottles on production lines to support continuous operations.
• Perform rework by unpacking and repacking items as needed.
• Build product displays according to specifications and customer requirements.
• Install caps on bottles and verify fit and presentation.
• Stack finished goods onto pallets for storage and shipment.

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Assembly Line Workers in the York, PA area. Join our team in a fast-paced, diverse assembly line environment where you’ll help build and package product displays for retail shipment. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy teamwork, physical activity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and tape boxes according to packaging requirements and production schedules.


• Pack bottles and gel syringes accurately while maintaining established quality and productivity standards.


• Place bottles onto production lines to support continuous manufacturing operations and workflow efficiency.


• Perform rework activities, including unpacking bottles from existing boxes and repacking them into new packaging as required.


• Build product displays in accordance with company specifications and customer requirements.


• Install caps on bottles and verify proper fit, appearance, and product presentation.


• Stack finished goods onto pallets safely and efficiently for storage, staging, and shipment.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Ability to lift and move objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights safely and efficiently throughout the workday.


• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull while performing warehouse and material handling duties.


• Ability to use hands and fingers to handle, manipulate, and operate tools, equipment, and materials.


• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where indoor temperatures generally reflect outdoor weather conditions.
