Job summary

viaPhoton is hiring for a second shift production role in Naperville, IL. You will assemble and test fiber optic components, inspect for quality, and maintain accurate records as part of a growing, hands-on team.

We value dependable, safety-conscious workers who can follow instructions and work well with others. Health/dental/vision coverage begins day one, plus a 401(k) with company match and flexible PTO. This role includes evening hours and one mandatory Saturday per month.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test fiber optic components following step-by-step instructions and parts lists.
• Inspect finished products for quality and flag defects before shipment.
• Keep accurate records of quality checks and production activity.
• Track work orders and schedules in the production system.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and organized.

Schedule: 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM (one mandatory Saturday per month)

Compensation:$17.00 - 17.50/hr, plus a $2,000 prepaid card for medical expenses (prorated based on start date)
