Job summary

Rose-Medical in Grand Rapids is seeking a Medical Device Assembler for the 2nd shift. You will assemble, inspect, and package life-changing medical devices, following GMPs/QSPs to ensure top quality.

Rotate across stations to achieve production goals while offering ideas for improvements and maintaining clean, organized documentation. Starting pay is $21.00/hr with a $1,000 hiring bonus and optional overtime on Fridays.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in assembly or medical device manufacturing is a plus.
  • Leadership experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, inspect, and package medical devices.
  • Follow GMPs and QSPs to meet product standards.
  • Rotate between stations to meet production goals and support teammates.
  • Contribute ideas for improvement and stay organized with documentation.

Available Schedules:

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3 PM to 1 AM | Starting pay: $21.00/hr

Optional Overtime: Fridays

What You Bring
