Job summary

API Heat Transfer, a global leader in designing and manufacturing heat exchangers, seeks an Assembler for the Franklin facility. The role involves assembling components, reading blueprints, and maintaining quality in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Expect to work with hand and power tools, perform inspections, and collaborate with a team to meet production goals. The ideal candidate has at least two years in manufacturing, can lift up to 50 lbs, and demonstrates strong attention to detail

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Operate equipment such as fin machines, stackers, and leak testers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Accurately document work and report any issues to the supervisor.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team at the Franklin facility. This position plays a critical role in assembling heat exchanger components and ensuring product quality and consistency.
