API Heat Transfer is seeking an assembler for our Franklin, Wisconsin facility. Join a manufacturing team responsible for assembling heat exchanger components and ensuring product quality.

You should have at least six months in a manufacturing setting and a mechanical aptitude to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions. You will operate hand and power tools, perform inspections, and document results while contributing to a safe, efficient production environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and interpret work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team at the Franklin facility. This position plays a critical role in assembling heat exchanger components and ensuring product quality and consistency. Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Operate equipment such as fin machines, stackers, and leak testers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Accurately document work and report any issues to the supervisor.
