Shifts available include Second and Third shifts with varied schedules. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for a four-day workweek on select schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum eight months of prior work experience in any industry.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must pass drug screen, background check, and coordination assessment.
• Strong reliability and attendance.
• Willingness to learn and work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow simple blueprints and work instructions.
• Assemble and fasten components according to specifications.
• Sew components as needed.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards are met.
• Operate small tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Rotate between tasks throughout the shift.
• Participate in team-based production activities.

2nd Shift

• Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM-2:00 AM
• Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

3rd Shift

• Tuesday-Friday | 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM
• Monday-Friday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
