Job summary

The Toro Company is hiring assemblers in Minnesota. Starting pay is $22.06 per hour with a $1.50 per hour shift differential for the second shift. First shift runs Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; second shift runs Monday–Friday 4:00 p.m.

to 12:30 a.m. The role involves assembling, parts preparation, loading/unloading of conveyors, and packaging tasks. Candidates must be able to work systematically, ensure quality workmanship, and be flexible to move across locations and operate

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to work in a systematic manner and meet quality standards.
• Ability to move to various locations and adapt to duties within the classification.
• Familiarity with using hand tools and power-driven equipment for assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and fasten components using bolts, nuts, screws, or rivets.
• Prepare parts for assembly and painting; load/unload conveyors.
• Pack, carton, and prepare boxes for shipment or storage.
