Job summary

HAAS Automation Inc. seeks an Assembler 2 to assemble components and machine tools under supervision. You will read and follow work instructions, access SAP for transactions, and use gages and torque wrenches.

The role requires understanding of BOMs, safety protocols, and operation of powered and non-powered material handling equipment. The candidate will perform sheet metal enclosures, casting assembly, wiring, or squaring, and other sub-assembly tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Haas internal assembly process certifications required.
• Understands threads, fasteners and use of torque wrenches.
• Understands Bill of Materials (BOM's).
• High school diploma or GED required, plus 1–3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Assembles components and machine tools under supervision.
• Follows work instructions displayed electronically (iPad) and uses SAP (T-Codes).
• Operates hand tools and material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Adheres to safety requirements within the department and reports damage.
