Quanex in Trumann, Arkansas is seeking an Assembler for 1st shift to assemble architectural products using power tools and measuring devices, ensuring quality and production standards.

You will follow safety procedures, work with a cohesive team, and have 9–12 months of related experience, with overtime availability and basic math skills. Position pays $17.00 per hour with benefits including 401K, healthcare, and tuition support.

Qualifications

• 9–12 months of related experience.
• Experience with adjustable measuring instruments.
• Intermediate computer skills: formulas, charts, tables and drawings, written specifications.
• Positive attitude and a desire to learn.
• Availability to work overtime.
• Experience with hand tools (drills, nail guns, etc.) and tape measure.
• Ability to follow directions, read, write and perform basic math involving decimals and fractions.

In this role, you are responsible for assembling all types of architectural products using assorted power tools and measuring devices, in a manner to consistently meet production standards and qualifications.
