Job summary

The WIKA Group is a global leader in measurement technology and is looking for a production operative in Georgia. You will assist in troubleshooting production equipment and make adjustments to ensure products meet specifications, while adhering to SOPs and SIs.

In this role you will communicate with operators from other shifts, maintain a clean 5S work area, and support mechanics and machinists in repair tasks. A flexible, team-oriented environment and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are required.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting production equipment.
• Make adjustments to produce product within specifications; reject products outside specifications.
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and special instructions (SIs).
• Communicate with operators from other shifts.
• Clean and maintain the work area (5S).
• Assist mechanics and machinists in repair work.
• Perform ancillary duties as needed.
