- Accuratelyroute, land, fasten and secure electrical connections using pre-terminated wires per standard work documentation, schematics, and best practices.
- Performance test product using electrical/electronic test equipment and software.
- Move freely to any workstation within the environment to maximize production flow and overall efficiency.
- Detail orientation, eye and hand coordination, electrical/wiring ability,and ability to follow specific testing and documentation procedures including product tracking and serialization.
- Ability to read wiring schematics.
- Observes opportunities to improvesafety, quality, delivery, cost and can effectivelytry/communicatethese opportunities.
