Job summary

Super Steel in Mequon, WI is seeking dependable assemblers to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble metal components according to blueprints and work instructions, using hand and power tools, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Experience in manufacturing is a plus, but we consider candidates with mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. We offer multiple shifts, a $3.00/hour second-shift premium, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.

Position Overview

Super Steel is looking for dependable, detail-oriented Assemblers to join our manufacturing team! In this role, you'll work with metal components and fabricated parts to assemble finished products according to specifications and quality requirements.

We're looking for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, are comfortable using hand and power tools, and take pride in producing quality work. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred, but we're willing to consider candidates with the right mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Schedule & Compensation

We currently have openings on both shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
• 2nd Shift Premium: Additional $3.00/hour
• Overtime opportunities available.

Health Coverage

• Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA): Monthly pre-tax reimbursement toward an individual health insurance plan. Reimbursement amounts are based on employee age, with additional monthly allowances of $272 for a spouse and $135 per child.
