Super Steel, located in Mequon, WI, seeks experienced welders to join our manufacturing team. You will weld high-quality carbon steel components and weldments, reading blueprints and symbols to exact specifications, using MIG, TIG, stick, and flux-core processes as required.

1st and 2nd shift opportunities available. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with welding apprenticeship or technical training being a plus, and prior professional welding experience.

Position Overview

Super Steel is looking for experienced, skilled Welders to join our manufacturing team! We work on a variety of complex metal fabrication projects, producing high-quality weldments and finished products for major OEM customers.

We're looking for welders who take pride in their craftsmanship, can confidently fit up and weld their own parts, and understand the importance of precision and quality. We welcome candidates with experience in various welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and other welding methods.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
• AWS or ASME welding certifications are a plus.

Schedule & Compensation
