• Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or delays to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production and operational needs.

Work Environment

This position is based in a cleanroom production facility in Fairfield, OH. The role follows a first‑shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with the expectation of working overtime, often exceeding 50 hours per week, depending on production needs. You will work on a production line using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other measuring instruments. The environment emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and adherence to cleanroom protocols, requiring consistent attention to detail and compliance with established procedures.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
