Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC in El Paso, TX is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will gain practical exposure to production processes, operate equipment, and follow GMP and safety SOPs to ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 4 months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand basic English.
• Operates manufacturing equipment and hand tools; pallet jack preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand basic production processes and operating knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
• Follow GMP and standard operating procedures.
• Transport materials using handling equipment and assistance as required.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
• Available for overtime as needed.
• Maintain quality, safety, and environmental standards; wear PPE and report hazards.
• Complete regulatory training (GMP, ISO14001, OSHA) as assigned.
• Complete Operator Training Program per established guidelines.
• Be available for other projects or assignments as requested by management.
• Look for ways to simplify or improve products, services, systems, and processes.

Job description

Available Shift Timings:

• 1st: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 4th: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (12 hrs.), Sat & Sun PT
• 5th: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12 hrs.), Sat & Sun PT

Responsibilities:

• Possess a basic understanding of production processes within area of assignment and a working knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
• Follow GMP, s and standard operating procedures.
• Transport materials of varying weight in accordance with established safety guidelines using material handling equipment and additional assistance as required.
• Demonstrates adherence to safety procedures by monitoring personal and peer behaviors, work environment and housekeeping.
• Available for overtime as needed
• Performs all duties with attention to quality, safety, and environmental matter such as wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, identifying, reporting, and appropriately responding to hazards in the work area (spills/accidents/near misses), always maintaining proper housekeeping, and properly labeling and storing chemicals.
• Assume responsibility for the environmental effects of work performed and for the identification and recording of environmental problems as they arise. Complete all regulatory training as assigned (GPM, s, ISO14001, OSHA, etc.).
• Complete Operator Training Program according to established guidelines.
• Be available for other projects or assignments as requested by management.

Qualifications:
