Job summary

Milwaukee Tool's Greenwood, MS facility is seeking an Assembler 1 to support production of non-automated equipment such as RF Sealer. You will perform duties like sorting, counting, replenishing supplies, organizing stock, and following work instructions.

You will contribute to 5S practices, help train others, and ensure the work area remains clean and safe. The role may involve backing up other positions as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with 5S and safety practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate non-automated equipment such as RF Sealer and perform kitting tasks per work instructions.
• Assist production areas with sorting, counting, 5S activities, replenishing supplies and organizing stock.
• Hang blades and perform assigned tasks; may back up other positions as directed by management.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and report material shortages or issues promptly.
