The Assembler I builds a variety of shower door products using assembly instructions, blueprints, parts lists, and bills of materials. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards while achieving daily production goals.
Production Expectations: Employees are assigned a daily production target based on the number and type of shower doors scheduled for assembly and are expected to meet established productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Shift: Monday - Friday, starting at 7am. Occasionally, an early start time of 6am may be assigned based on production needs.
Overtime: An occasional Saturday shift or overtime may be assigned.
